The CEO of SincroGO, Carlos Mª Ruiz , participated yesterday, October 4, as a speaker at the Wolters Kluwer Advisory Forum, held at the National Theater of Catalonia (Barcelona). The Advisory Forum, organized by Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting in Spain, has been organized in this edition under the motto “ Reshaping the future ”.
In his speech, Carlos Mª Ruiz addressed the issue of digitalization and the necessary leap towards digital transformation to guarantee the competitiveness and future of companies and, specifically, of offices and consultancies in Barcelona and other provinces.

Among the reflections that the CEO of SincroGO , Carlos Mª Ruiz, shared with the attendees, the following stand out:
First of all, digitalization is not just an issue of technology and resources (which, of course, is fundamental). It is also, and above all, a question of people, of teams ... We must keep in mind that the best technology does not serve or achieve the objectives set if we are not able to make our teams use it and internalize it.
On the other hand, strategic reflection in general is essential , and also in digitalization processes: focus orientation, drawing a medium-long term vision, defining objectives, necessary resources, digital skills that the people in the team need.
Often, it can "eat" us on a day-to-day basis, but we must keep in mind that dedicating time and reflection to the digitalization of the office (or the company) is essential for its success. Short-termism doesn't work here . In this sense, it is of no use, for example, to go "like a headless chicken" after the Next Generation funds without having a well-defined plan that helps you implement what you really need.
